All travelers must additionally sign a form attesting that the information provided to airline staff is truthful and accurate to the best of the traveler's knowledge. SRI LANKA TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FULL
Vaccinated travelers must carry proof they have, at least 14 days prior to their intended arrival, completed a full vaccination regimen using a COVID-19 vaccine recognized by Sri Lankan authorities. Unvaccinated travelers arriving from locations not mentioned above must book accommodation at a "Level 1 Certified Safe & Secure" hotel for the first 15 nights following their arrival and undergo 2 additional PCR tests.

Unvaccinated travelers seeking to travel from India are prohibited from entering Sri Lanka for tourism. All persons seeking to travel to Sri Lanka from other locations (not including India) for tourism must carry: 1) proof of a negative result for COVID-19 issued no more than 72 hours prior to departure using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, 2) proof of a booking at a designed "Level 1 Certified Safe & Secure" hotel, 3) proof of prepayment for additional PCR testing on arrival, 4) proof of purchase of a mandatory travel insurance policy, and 5) a valid tourist visa. citizens intending to visit Sri Lanka for purposes of tourism or transit require an approval notice from Sri Lanka’s Electronic Travel Authorization System, onward/return ticket, and proof of sufficient funds. Foreign nationals who, within 14 days of their intended departure, have visited countries and regions in South America, Angola, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, or Zimbabwe are prohibited from entering Sri Lanka. citizens visiting Sri Lanka must have either an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or a visa to enter Sri Lanka.
